The next Sausage Sizzle will occur on the 12th June 2019. Speak to me about it or any survivors of earlier Sizzles - with any luck their names are still on the whiteboard by the kitchen. I hope that  Steve Chakalakis will be continuing to push recruiting - thank you, mate!

Normally the sizzle starts with gazebo erection at 07:30 AM at Rocklea Bunnings, but there are other things that need to be done - onion slicing beforehand, vehicle loading at the shed at 06:45 AM before taking supplies and gear to Bunnings, checking what we need and buying the sausages, bread, onions, sauces, serviettes, etc. on Tuesday, organising volunteers, communicating with Bunnings, etc.

Even if you cannot come on Sizzle Day you may be able to help beforehand - the last batch of onions were particularly vicious, so some of the "regulars" may be suffering from alliumphobia....
